Live Business Support
This is a 'Live Support' facility for customer enquires. It can be put on the home page or all of your web pages.
Whenever your office has someone on duty they logon to it's admin area. Then when someone clicks for live support it would keep making a little noise to attract the offices attention, then the two parties can freely type messages to each other. If there is no-one in the office it shows: 'Live Support leave a message' and when it is clicked says: "Unfortunately none of our support agents are currently available. Please use the form below to leave us a message".
